ABOUT the boss lady…

Frances started by cleaning nights and weekends while working a full time day job. She launched Maid2Clean in 2020 after quitting her day job as an administrative assistant and hired her first employee in May 2021.

She brings over 20 years of cleaning services experience and with a business administration background, she is starting employee training certification program, an employee benefits plan for the staff and in the near future she is investing into helping others with the same passion start their own cleaning businesses.
